We Crack, Shell, and Blow you pecans
We charge $0.80 / pound (uncracked gross weight)
Note: We charge extra if pecans are mixed with rocks, sticks, or are in buckets with water. These variable can damage the machines or create more work for us.

The Process
The pecans are "Cracked" using 1 of 3 cracking machines.
- This cracks the pecan shells.
- One machine for Papershell Pecans (Larger in size)
- Two machines for Native Pecans (Smaller in size).
The cracked pecans are "Shelled" through our Shelling Machine
- This machine helps separate the pecan meat from the shell
The pecans and shells run through the Blower Machine (3 times)
- This process removes most of the shells and dust
