Important Information:
- Pecans should be sorted by size (Length).
- Be sure to put your Name and Phone Number on each of your containers of pecans.
- Pecans should be dry and clean (No Leaves, Rocks, or Sticks)
Charge Per Pound:
$1.00 / pound for Papershell Pecans (Larger Pecans)
$1.20 / pound for Native Pecans (smaller pecans)
Note: $15 minimum
Payment Info: We take Cash, Check, Zelle, and Venmo

The Process
The pecans are "Cracked" using 1 of 3 cracking machines.
- This cracks the pecan shells.
- One machine for Papershell Pecans (Larger in size)
- Two machines for Native Pecans (Smaller in size).
The cracked pecans are "Shelled" through our Shelling Machine
- This machine helps separate the pecan meat from the shell
The pecans and shells run through the Blower Machine (3 times)
- This process removes most of the shells and dust
